CreatideaInDoor is an indoor navigation and positioning application that uses iBeacon signals to determine your location within supported venues and provide wayfinding guidance. The app is designed for use in retail, exhibition, office, and other indoor environments where GPS signals are unreliable. All positioning is performed locally on your device without sending any data to external servers.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Bluetooth and Location Data

To provide the core functionality of indoor navigation and positioning, CreatideaInDoor requires access to:

Bluetooth Permission: Required to receive signals broadcast by nearby iBeacon devices installed in the venue.
Location Permission (including GPS): Required by the operating system to scan for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacons, and used by the app together with GPS to determine your position and assist with indoor/outdoor transitions and venue detection. GPS and location data are processed only on your device in real time and are never transmitted to any external server or third party.
Camera Permission: Required to support augmented reality (AR) navigation features, which overlay directional guidance on the live camera view. Camera imagery is processed only on your device in real time and is not stored, recorded, or transmitted.

2.2 iBeacon Signal Information

The app receives and processes information broadcast by iBeacon devices in the venue, including:

UUID (Universally Unique Identifier)
Major value
Minor value
RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator)
TX Power (Transmission Power)

This information is used solely for computing your indoor position and is discarded after use.

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

CreatideaInDoor does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
User behavior or usage analytics
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Photos, videos, or any imagery captured by the camera
Navigation history or destination records
Any data beyond what is needed to compute your in-venue position in real time

3. How We Use Information

All data received or processed by the app is:

Processed locally on your device only
Used in real-time to compute your indoor position and present navigation guidance
Not stored permanently beyond the current navigation session
Not transmitted to any external servers or third parties

4. Data Storage

CreatideaInDoor stores data exclusively on your local device:

App Preferences: User preferences and app settings are stored locally using device storage.
No Cloud Storage: We do not use any cloud services or remote servers to store your data.
No Location History: Your indoor location is not logged, stored, or retained after each navigation session ends.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

CreatideaInDoor does not share, sell, rent, or transfer any user data to third parties. The app operates entirely offline for its core positioning functionality and does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Permissions Explanation

6.1 Bluetooth Permission

Required to receive signals from iBeacon devices installed within supported venues. This permission is essential for the core indoor positioning functionality of the app.

6.2 Location Permission (including GPS)

Required by iOS and Android operating systems when scanning for Bluetooth Low Energy devices. CreatideaInDoor also uses GPS and location data to determine your position, assist with indoor/outdoor transitions, and identify supported venues. All location and GPS data are processed locally on your device in real time and are never transmitted to any external server or third party.

6.3 Camera Permission

Required to enable augmented reality (AR) navigation features, which display directional arrows and wayfinding overlays on top of the live camera view. The camera feed is processed locally in real time and is never saved, recorded, or transmitted. The camera is only active while you are using AR navigation features.

7. Children's Privacy

CreatideaInDoor does not knowingly collect any personal information from users. The app is designed for general indoor navigation use and does not target children under the age of 13.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect data processed by CreatideaInDoor:

All data is processed on your device and is not transmitted externally
No user accounts, credentials, or personal data are stored
App permissions are used strictly for their stated purposes
Regular security updates and improvements

However, please note that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We recommend that you take appropriate measures to secure your device, such as using device passwords or biometric locks.

9. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Permission Control: You can revoke Bluetooth, Location, or Camera permissions at any time through your device settings. Note that revoking Bluetooth or Location permission will prevent the app from providing indoor positioning. Revoking Camera permission will disable AR navigation features but other functions will continue to work.
Data Deletion: You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data through your device settings.
No Account Required: CreatideaInDoor does not require account creation or login, ensuring your privacy from the start.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by:

Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy
Posting the updated policy within the app or on our website
